Position Overview

The Network and Datacenter Specialist role is responsible for the timely delivery, support, administration, and implementation of the Bank's enterprise Network and Data Center infrastructure as part of the Bank's technology and digital transformation strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to support key strategic priorities through effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to support and direct initiatives towards successful delivery of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all existing and future projects for all infrastructure environments (Production, Disaster Recovery, UAT & SIT) Network and Data Center Infrastructure requirements (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Data Center Fabric)
• Ensure core Network and Data Center Infrastructure readiness, upgrades, and optimization
• Support and administer Network Security infrastructure including Firewalls, VPN, Proxy, Network Access Controls (NAC), WAF and DDOS Appliances
• Provide Data Center Infrastructure support including Compute, Storage, Virtualization, and Network connectivity
• Execute Network and Data Center infrastructure migrations, upgrades, validations, and optimization projects
• Support technology transformation through infrastructure modernization, automation, and capacity building
• Support Business Products, Audit remediation, Risk mitigation, and infrastructure compliance requirements
• Provide BAU (Business as Usual) support
