Multi-Skilled Machinery Operators - Backhoe Operator

About the Role

Infinity Developments Co Ltd is seeking experienced, versatile, and hardworking individuals to join our technical team in Zanzibar immediately. This is a full-time position based in Zanzibar – Unguja, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe and other heavy machinery on construction and earthmoving projects
• Perform pre-start machine inspections and routine daily maintenance checks
• Maintain equipment in safe and operational condition
• Contribute to project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of active field experience in construction or earthmoving projects
• Ability to operate at least two (2) different machines
• Valid Driving License with appropriate classes for heavy machinery operation
• Basic knowledge of pre-start machine inspections and routine daily maintenance checks
• Bachelor degree qualification
