Job Summary

The main purpose is to drive Loan and Advances, Deposit and alternative product growth at branches. This entails managing all Sales Activities, Supporting, monitoring and training of Branch Sales Officers in all the respective branches.

Key Responsibilities

Business Soliciting – Acquisition/Recruitment

• Manage customer acquisition and recruitment activities
• Visit existing customers frequently
• Ensure all customer acquisition points are working optimally at all times
• Identify potential customers and approach them to open accounts
• Conduct identification, solicitation, KYC and risk review of potential customers
• Identify areas and sectors relevant for business growth in their locality

Customer Experience Enhancement

• Ensure branches are executing the following perfectly:
  • Account opening
  • Account maintenance
  • Loan onboarding
  • Digital onboarding
  • Digital activation and usage
• Address customer queries in relation to business matters

Product Development & Collaboration

• Work with Business Development Partner to initiate development of relevant products for the particular locality
• Engage with Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and Business Banking (BB) departments to understand retail opportunities from their clients (One Bank Concept)
• Consistently provide feedback to Head of Customer Network on the performance of different products and services at respective branches

Deposit Mobilization

• Proactively understand business dynamics in the locality and leverage opportunities to grow deposits
• Supervise all deposit mobilization campaigns
