Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Bartender to join our hospitality team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong customer service capabilities and a passion for mixology and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain impeccable standards of service and presentation in the bar area
• Ensure all guest requests and needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar workspace

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality qualification
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
