Playground Attendant / Safety Monitor

Position Overview

R&S Kidsfun is seeking a dedicated and responsible Playground Attendant / Safety Monitor to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This full-time role is essential to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all children using our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch children using play equipment and supervise activities at all times
• Help toddlers play safely and provide appropriate assistance
• Ensure safety rules are followed by all playground users
• Assist parents when needed and respond to inquiries
• Maintain a clean and well-presented appearance

Required Qualifications

• High school education
• Basic English language skills
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Experience with child supervision and care
