Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in operational settings
• Provide strong leadership and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 15 years' experience in operations or project management within a technical or engineering environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously
• Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Minimum age of 45 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management
