ICT Officer II

About the Role

This role represents an excellent career development opportunity. As ICT Officer II, you will support business availability, stability, security, and effective use of enterprise systems, Core Banking System, and ICT infrastructure by providing operational support, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, and core assistance in line with Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for end-to-end Banking System and related enterprise applications
• Monitor daily system operations, batch jobs, and end-of-day processes
• Support user system operations for enterprise systems and core banking
• Assist in system configuration, parameter setup, and maintenance
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, releases, and testing activities
• Support enterprise systems integrity, backups, and reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve system incidents and service requests
• Maintain access controls, passwords, policies, and user guides
• Support implementation of system changes in line with approved upgrades
• Maintain accurate ICT operations documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in ICT operations
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Linux)
