Human Resource Manager (Hospitality Industry)

Job Overview

VIGOR Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of proven HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate payroll and staff benefits
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years' HR experience (hospitality experience is an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
