About the Role

We are recruiting Commercial Key Account Associates to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to manage key accounts and drive commercial operations within a professional services environment.

Your Profile

• Strong sense of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing key accounts and commercial operations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, client performance, and market trends to support business decisions
• Proficiency in office automation tools and CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, SAP)
• Solid knowledge of account management, client relationship practices, contract management, and basic commercial principles
• Team player with reliability, integrity, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills in addressing client issues and commercial challenges
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear reporting, client coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

• Translate commercial policies, client agreements, and internal processes into actionable account management procedures, ensuring effective implementation across the department
• Monitor key account activities, analyze sales and performance data, and share insights with management and relevant teams
• Conduct or coordinate performance reviews and client account audits to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company standards
• Develop, formalize, and continuously improve account management procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company policies
• Collect and maintain all required client documentation, contracts, reports, and account data
