Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all winder and shaft equipment to reduce unplanned maintenance and optimize availability
• Overhaul winder and shaft equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Complete required testing and safety checks on winders and shaft equipment
• Attend to breakdowns and complete necessary fault-finding activities
• Carry out defined and necessary checks on winders and shaft equipment
• Complete modifications to winders and shaft equipment in accordance with specified instructions
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to less experienced personnel under supervisor direction
• Implement electrical policies and procedures with a strong commitment to fostering a safety culture among electrical personnel
• Ensure safe work practices by attending compulsory safety courses and meetings
• Assist with and conduct incident/accident investigations
