Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care at our newly established health center. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while supporting the development of clinical workflows, patient education programs, and operational systems during the center's foundational phase.

Patient Care & Clinical Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing interventions
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving measures when required

Care Coordination

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and external healthcare providers
• Ensure continuity of care through proper documentation and follow-up

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Assist in developing clinical policies and procedures for the new facility

Patient Education & Community Outreach

• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices
