Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a receptionist/front desk role (hospitality experience is a strong advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in computer systems (MS Office, hotel management systems such as Opera)
