Position Overview

HR Space is hiring 9 Loan Recovery Officers for various regions across Tanzania. We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our expanding team in the microfinance and financial services sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue loan accounts through calls, visits, and formal notices
• Monitor and manage non-performing loans to improve recovery rates
• Prepare reports on outstanding loans and recovery performance
• Work closely with loan officers to track borrower behavior and reduce default risks
• Maintain professional client engagement during recovery processes

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in loan recovery or debt collection
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging recovery cases
