The Role

We are recruiting an Inventory & Procurement Controller to manage inventory and procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock control and reporting. In coordination with the Operations Supervisor, this role supports operational efficiency by providing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on expiry, short-expiry, and vintage stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all stock movements and ensure accurate ERP recording
• Validate receipts (GRN), put-away, and bin allocation; maintain batch, expiry, and product vintage records
• Enforce FIFO, storage standards, and product quality handling
• Lead periodic reconciliations and inventory audits
