## Title: Head of Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across all product lines, including automotive spare parts, lubricants, tires, and car batteries. This role requires a strong sales leader with deep market understanding, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver consistent commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
  • Drive product penetration across all categories: spare parts, lubricants, tires, and car batteries
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance to ensure seamless commercial execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong customer networks and strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage
