Power Group Technologies (TZ) Ltd is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to oversee daily workshop operations for the assembly of Low Voltage (LV) Distribution Boards (DBs). This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily workshop operations for the assembly of Low Voltage (LV) Distribution Boards (DBs)
Manage health, safety, and quality compliance in the operational environment
Provide strong leadership and direction to workshop teams

Required Qualifications

Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field from a recognized institution
At least 3+ years of experience in the same field
Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Quality compliance in operational environments
Familiarity with electrical standards for LV DBs assembly

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of ABB and Schneider LV Switchgear
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
