Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liability products
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers
• Guide customers through the account opening process
• Ensure strict compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering policies
• Represent the bank professionally and uphold the customer-first philosophy in all interactions

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Minimum of Form Four (O-Level) or higher, up to Diploma level
• Age: 18 years and above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and maintaining high professional standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail banking products
• Previous customer service experience
