About the Role

An established company is expanding and seeking experienced Sales Agents with a strong background in Debt Review or Debt Removal to join our dynamic team. If you are target-driven, confident, and passionate about helping clients regain financial freedom, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and consult with clients regarding Debt Review and Debt Removal solutions
• Explain the debt review process in line with National Credit Regulator (NCR) guidelines
• Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable solutions
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in Debt Review or Debt Removal
• Strong knowledge of the debt review process and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate (CRM systems experience advantageous)
• Matric (Grade 12) required
