National Security Operations Support Manager.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Security Operations Support Manager to oversee security operations across multiple sites. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, effective team management, and the ability to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each security site under supervision, including personnel requirements, equipment, resources, and emergency protocols
• Coordinate, supervise, and deploy security personnel effectively across multiple sites
• Plan and approve leave schedules while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Ensure optimal allocation of personnel and resources to minimize overtime and operational costs
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Implement site-specific threat prevention and mitigation protocols
• Manage emergency response procedures and investigations
• Oversee training programs and ensure regulatory compliance across all sites
• Maintain comprehensive reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Enforce discipline and regulatory compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Grade A PSIRA Registration
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the security industry
