About the Role

Daily Operations

• Open and close the store according to mall trading hours
• Ensure the store is clean and properly merchandised
• Verify promotional displays align with mall campaigns
• Handle cash-ups and safe control procedures

Staff Management

• Manage team shifts around busy mall periods, including peak weekend times
• Motivate and support staff during high-traffic hours
• Address absenteeism and staffing challenges
• Train staff on sales techniques and customer service excellence

Sales & Performance Targets

• Drive daily and weekly sales targets
• Monitor conversion rates and mall foot traffic analysis
• Identify and track best-selling products
• Develop strategies to reduce slow-moving inventory

Stock Control

• Receive and process deliveries through the mall loading bay
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage
• Conduct regular cycle counts

Customer Service

• Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally
• Resolve customer concerns and manage difficult situations with professionalism
• Maintain a strong store reputation within the mall community

Mall Communication

• Communicate effectively with mall centre management
• Ensure compliance with mall regulations, trading hours, and security protocols
• Coordinate with centre promotions and initiatives
