Forklift Driver Position – Timber Receiving & Supply Factory (Harding Rural)

About the Role

FiveW Manufacturing, a timber receiving and supply company based in Harding Rural, is seeking a qualified and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. This position is based at LOT FHA NO 7115, Harding Rural, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, offload, and transport timber products
• Ensure accurate movement and stacking of stock within the yard and warehouse
• Assist with stock control, sorting, and general yard duties
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical faults
• Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid forklift operator license (non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience operating a forklift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Good understanding of workplace safety standards
• Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding environment
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

Advantageous Qualifications

• Previous experience within a timber yard, sawmill, or manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of timber handling and grading
