About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrator Assistant to join our team in Bothasig, Cape Town. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties
- Manage reception and front-desk operations, including handling calls and relaying telephonic messages
- Conduct stock taking and inventory control
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounts administration
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a Reception and/or Accounts Administrator role
- Strong communication skills
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Valid driver's licence
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
