Position Overview: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers in the UK over the phone to promote and sell our products/services. You will be expected to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Understand customer needs and provide solutions

• Meet sales targets and goals

• Keep accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales in the UK or a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
