Management Accountant

In this position, you will provide critical financial insights, refine cost structures, and support a fast-paced, production-focused environment committed to continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Financial Reporting information to prepare management reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Reconcile capital expenditure (CAPEX)
• Conduct forecasting and variance analysis of financials
• Prepare monthly and yearly budgets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BTech in Cost and Management Accounting, BCom, or CIMA qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial experience
• Exposure to agriculture, farming, agri-processing, or manufacturing sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• SAICA or SAIPA Articles completion
