## Title: HR Assistant

About the Role

Dunranch Group seeks a diligent, hardworking, meticulous, and organized HR Assistant to join our structured and high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations while demonstrating strong character alignment with our organizational culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll – Collate information to be sent to external provider for processing
  • Training – Coordinate and facilitate training programs, and manage WSP/ATR processing
  • General HR Administration – Handle DOL audits/queries and WCA claims
  • Employment Equity – Collate reports and information required for audits
  • Recruitment – Screen CVs and conduct reference checks

Requirements

  • HR qualification or actively studying towards an HR qualification
  • Matric with Core Maths (essential); Accounting is advantageous
  • At least 3 years' work experience in a similar HR position
  • Professional and presentable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a structured organization
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
