Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinic operations with strong inventory management
• Drive business development and sales growth
• Build and mentor high-performing staff teams
• Implement marketing strategies to expand client base
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Fully qualified in advanced aesthetics, slimming, and skincare treatments including:
  • Microneedling
  • Mesotherapy
  • Fat dissolving injections
  • Laser lipo
  • Chemical peels
  • Facials
  • Cavitations
  • Radio frequency
  • HydraFacials
  • Laser hair removal (Soprano Ice)
• Minimum 5 years of proven business development and growth experience
• Strong store operations and inventory management expertise
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills
• Proven sales track record with consistent growth achievements
• Own reliable transportation
• Self-starter with ability to motivate and lead teams

Advantageous Qualifications

• Business Administration Diploma
• Marketing certification or experience

Compensation Package

• Basic salary: R11,500 – R13,000 (depending on experience)
• Daily cash incentives based on targets met
