## Title: Workshop Office Administration Clerk

Position Overview

GHP Electronics is starting new projects and seeking an Admin Clerk to join our team in a junior role. You will be the central point of contact for managers, technicians, and external parties, coordinating daily workshop activities and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workshop activities
  • Manage documentation including job cards, service records, quotes, invoices, and compliance records
  • Control inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
  • Handle customer and supplier communication
  • Provide general administrative support to workshop operations

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration, finance administration, customer service, or workshop office administration

Required Competencies

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility to be moved between departments/branches where assistance is required
  • Proactive with willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Service-oriented with professional communication skills
  • Self-responsible and trustworthy
