## Title: Showroom Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Showroom Assistant in the Umhlanga area.

Greet and acknowledge every client that enters the showroom
Provide effective assistance to customer walk-ins, addressing queries with excellent customer service and relationship management standards
Support External Sales Representatives with accurate and timely quotations and administration
Create and prepare accurate quotations for walk-in customers using product knowledge, attention to detail, computer literacy, and effective time management
Take initiative and follow up dynamically on sales, orders, back orders, and returns
Maintain comprehensive product and technical knowledge to enhance customer service quality
Communicate clearly with excellent command of English, demonstrating motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment in all customer interactions (physical, telephonic, and electronic)
Maintain productivity while continuously learning and growing
Complete all administration and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Comply with all company policies and procedures

Matric qualification (tertiary education in a related field is preferred)
Current, valid, legal South African driver's licence
Minimum 1+ years of lighting or electrical sales experience in a comparable role (advantageous)
SYSPRO experience (advantageous)
Excellent communication skills in English at all levels
Exceptional confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
