## Title: Field Assistant - General Worker
About the Role
We are recruiting 3 energetic individuals to join our team for a specific project in the Cape Winelands. You will work on-site tagging bins with RFID tags and QR code stickers, working directly with Waste Management and Refuse Collection teams.
Job Details
- Location: Stellenbosch / Cape Winelands
- Job Type: Contract (3 positions)
- Preference given to applicants based in or near the Stellenbosch area
Key Responsibilities
- Drill holes for RFID tags on wheelie bins
- Paste QR code stickers onto bins
- Scan and verify tags are working correctly
- Assist with general field work and bin handling
- Work outside with Waste Management and Refuse Collection teams
Requirements
- Physically fit and willing to work outside
- Basic knowledge and ability to use tools such as hammers and drills
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in open public spaces
- Induction training will be provided
