You will be responsible for managing technical infrastructure, supporting users, and maintaining IT systems in a dynamic, growing organization.

Technical Requirements

You must be an experienced IT Technician with hands-on experience in most of the following areas:

• Office 365 accounts setup and administration in cloud and hybrid environments
• Firewalling and network security
• Permission management in Active Directory and Office 365
• Active Directory group policy management
• Managed Services platforms (such as N-Able)
• Managed WiFi Access Point configuration and management
• Router configuration for data and voice services
• Advanced troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• User Relationship Management
• Account Relationship Management
• Third Party Vendor Management
• Project Management

You are warm, happy, intelligent, loyal, persistent, and adaptable. You are self-organized, enjoy solving problems, and have a genuine passion for helping people. You work well under pressure and have a strong interest in digital technologies.

• Valid driver's license

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: R 17,500.00
• Performance Commission (Approximate): R 9,500.00
• Total Package: R 27,000.00
