Creative Lead (Personalization & Laser Engraving Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to head our Personalization and Design team. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design and technical production. You will manage and work within a small, skilled team—including a laser engraving specialist, heat press operator, embossing machine operator, and embroidery machinist—to transform client design briefs into high-quality, personalized goods.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who enjoys seeing a digital design come to life on physical materials like leather, fabric, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a small creative production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Translate design briefs into production-ready files for laser engraving, embossing, and embroidery
• Manage, oversee, and execute the setup and operation of laser engraving and embossing machinery
• Manage the end-to-end personalization process, from initial concept to the finished physical product
• Ensure every personalized item meets the premium aesthetic standards of the brand
• Stay updated on design trends and technical techniques to improve personalization offerings

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years in a graphic design or production-led creative role
• Expert knowledge of CorelDRAW (preferred) or similar vector-based software such as Adobe Illustrator
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and Outlook for workflow tracking
• Previous experience with laser cutters, engravers, or embossing equipment
