## Title: Accounts Finance Administrator

About the Role

We are a logistics company seeking an energetic and detail-oriented all-rounder to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing debtors, creditors, and VAT reconciliations, as well as preparing submission documents for our external accountants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage debtors and creditors accounts
  • Process and reconcile VAT records
  • Prepare submission documents for external accountants
  • Handle payroll administration
  • Support general administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounts finance or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Pastel accounting software knowledge
  • Experience with debtors, creditors, and payroll processes
  • Knowledge of Ramco or SAP (advantageous)
  • Own transport
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Professional hygiene and presentation standards

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays as required (minimum 2 per month, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
