About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our kitchen team. We are seeking a qualified Chef de Partie (CDP) for our boutique hotel in Rivonia.

Key Responsibilities

• Work unsupervised and independently within the kitchen environment
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization in conjunction with other chefs on shift
• Execute current menus with excellent preparation and plating skills
• Contribute to maintaining the boutique hotel's culinary standards

Requirements

• Professional culinary qualification and experience as a Chef de Partie
• Excellent food preparation and plating techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Selection Process

Candidates selected for interview will be required to complete a working trial day/cook off to demonstrate their culinary skills and suitability for the role.
