Key Responsibilities

• Manage all clinic operations and maintain strong inventory control
• Lead and develop the clinic team with effective staff management and coaching
• Drive business development and sales growth through proven strategies
• Implement marketing initiatives to increase client base and revenue
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets and financial goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Full professional qualification in Advanced Aesthetics, Slimming, and Skincare
• Certified expertise in the following treatments:
  • Micro-needling
  • Mesotherapy
  • Fat dissolving injections
  • Laser lipo
  • Chemical peels
  • Facials
  • Cavitations
  • Radio frequency
  • Hydrafacials
  • Laser hair removal (Soprano Ice technology)
• Minimum 5 years of proven business development and sales growth experience
• Demonstrated expertise in store operations and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Reliable personal transportation
• Self-starter mentality with ability to motivate and lead teams
• 3 contactable professional references

Advantageous Qualifications

• Business Administration Diploma
• Marketing certification or experience
• Proven sales records demonstrating exceptional growth achievements

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: R11,500 – R13,000 (depending on experience)
