Key Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy-Duty Walking Foot machines with precision to stitch high-grade leather and various fabrics
• Maintain exceptional speed and accuracy while meeting strict daily output targets without compromising quality
• Handle the unique challenges of leather (non-forgiving needle holes) and fabric variations (stretch, grain, and tension)
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and threading to keep your station running at peak efficiency
• Self-inspect all work to ensure seams, top-stitching, and finishes meet premium brand standards

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in a factory or industrial sewing environment
• Expert-level proficiency with Industrial Walking Foot machines
• Demonstrated experience working with BOTH leather and fabric materials
• Natural ability to learn quickly and adapt to new patterns while maintaining a high pieces-per-hour rate
• Proven stamina and efficiency in a high-energy, fast-paced factory setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
