## Title: Junior Accounts Administrator

About the Role

RHC (PTY) LTD is seeking a reliable and experienced Junior Accounts Administrator to join our growing team based in Milnerton. This position is suited to an organised, detail-driven individual who can work efficiently within a busy office environment and contribute positively to a team structure.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar accounts or administrative position
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Experience working on QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Must reside in Milnerton, Blouberg, or surrounding areas
  • Clear credit record
  • Clear criminal record
  • Contactable and reputable references required
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily float handling and reconciliation
  • Timekeeping administration
  • Preparing and sending invoices and quotations
  • Managing and following up on outstanding accounts
  • Assisting with month-end reconciliations
  • General accounts and administrative support

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
