A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Purpose of the Role: To oversee the day-to-day operations of the accommodation property as the on-site lead, ensuring seamless service delivery while reporting to GRRC senior management. This role suits a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction and can confidently balance front-of-house service with administrative and operational duties in a personalised hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Include but Are Not Limited To: - Managing daily property operations in line with company standards and procedures - Overseeing reservations systems, guest communication, booking accuracy and reporting - Supervising housekeeping operations, conducting quality control checks and managing stock - Coordinating and supervising on-site staff, shift planning and task allocation - Handling guest relations, complaints and service delivery standards - Monitoring maintenance, compliance, operational records and reporting to management - Being available after hours for operational emergencies and escalations Criteria - 23 years experience in accommodation operations (guesthouse, lodge, boutique hotel or similar) - Proven reservations management experience - Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and staff supervision - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (compulsory) - Must reside in or near Stellenbosch Remuneration: and Hours of Work - Full-time, live-out position - On-site presence required with after-hours availability for emergencies - Market-related salary dependent on experience
