A well-established IT company based in Nelspruit with 22 years of industry experience is seeking a General IT Technician to join their team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to provide comprehensive technical support and manage infrastructure installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support on Microsoft platforms
• Perform physical network installations and maintenance
• Install and maintain CCTV systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in general IT support
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms, including MS365
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• In-depth understanding of networks and TCP/IP V4
• Experience with wireless networks
• CCTV system knowledge and experience
• Relevant IT qualifications

Additional Requirements

• Reliable personal transport
• Valid driver's license
