## Title: Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role

Surge Electrical Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a leading solar installation company, is seeking a driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a performance-based contract position with a minimum 3-year commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost online presence
Create engaging content showcasing solar solutions
Manage Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions
Track and optimize campaign performance
Identify and implement strategies to increase installations per month
Supply content and manage sales representatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven digital marketing experience (Google Ads, social media, content creation)
Analytical, creative, and results-driven approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of the solar industry (preferred)
