WRS – Procurement & Logistics Representative – Senegal Project – 1st of December. WRS is currently supporting a high-profile marine operation in Ndayane, Senegal, and we’re looking for a skilled Procurement & Logistics Representative to join the team on site. Role Overview This is a multifaceted position combining operational oversight with procurement and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting vessel operations across Africa. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support across multiple vessels in the region Act swiftly in urgent procurement situations where safety, production, or vessel uptime is at risk Collaborate closely with the Technical Superintendent Engineer (TSE) to resolve critical issues Manage local procurement in Dakar, working with buyers and partners Coordinate international sourcing (e.g. spare parts from Finland), including airway bills, customs clearance etc. Ensure timely delivery of goods to vessels via local transport or international shipping Understand customs procedures and import codes Additional Details Languages: Fluent French and English required for internal and operational communication.
