Our platforms power digital identity verification (eKYC), AI-based credit decision engines, and intelligent APIs used by banks and fintechs. We focus on production-grade AI, combining machine learning, LLMs, and solid software engineering.

Your Role

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling our AI systems, with a strong emphasis on software engineering best practices, backend & API development, and deploying AI/LLM-powered systems in real-world environments.

This is a fully remote role, compensated based on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI systems for KYC, fraud detection, and credit risk scoring
• Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
• Build and maintain robust REST APIs to expose AI models and decision engines
• Contribute to backend architecture and real-time processing pipelines
• Develop intelligent decision engines (scoring, business rules, recommendations)
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
• Work autonomously with clearly defined goals and deliverables

Required Profile

• Experience building AI/ML products in production environments
• Strong background in applied AI and machine learning
• Solid experience in software engineering and backend API development
• Good proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs integration or fine-tuning
• Good understanding of scalability, performance, and security
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional fluency in English and French (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, credit, or fraud detection
• Knowledge of KYC / AML / compliance frameworks
• Experience with microservices architectures and Docker / containerization
