Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Dakar for a Sales Development Specialist. The individual in this role will engage in prospecting, identifying, and qualifying leads to generate new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads to generate new sales opportunities

• Experience in sales management to oversee and improve sales strategies and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dakar and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial services or compliance sectors
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and French
