About the Position
Carlcare Technology is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (French/English) to support our HR department in daily operations. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration including employee files, contracts, and certificates
- Monitor attendance records, absences, lateness, and justifications
- Support payroll preparation and process variable compensation elements
- Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Prepare HR communication and reports in French and English
- Participate in meetings and deliver presentations when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (advantageous)
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive approach
