About the Role

Avocado Solutions Africa is expanding into West Africa and seeking 2 passionate agronomists to join our team in Senegal. You will help establish and manage a medium-scale avocado orchard while contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage avocado orchard operations
• Apply agronomy expertise to optimize crop production
• Implement sustainable farming practices
• Provide technical leadership and support to the team

Required Qualifications

• Valid passport
• Diploma in Agronomy, Horticulture, or Crop Science
• Experience in fruit tree management (avocado experience is an advantage)
• Strong technical, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate and learn on the job
• English proficiency (French is a plus)
