Key responsibilities Regional Operations Leadership Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch. Standardize operating procedures and optimize warehouse layouts and material flows to improve productivity and reduce handling time. Ensure operational continuity and service reliability across all countries. People & Performance Management Recruit, develop, and lead warehouse and logistics teams (managers, supervisors, team leads, operators, and drivers). Build a strong performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous development. Drive clear performance expectations and succession planning across sites. Inventory, Systems & Data Management Implement and maintain strong inventory control processes (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, audits). Leverage WMS and operational data to ensure inventory accuracy, visibility, and planning. Drive system adoption and process discipline across all warehouses.
