## Title: Bilingual HR Assistant

About the Role

Carlcare Technology is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (French/English) to support our HR department in daily operations. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration including employee files, contracts, and certificates
  • Monitor attendance and manage absences, lateness, and justifications
  • Support payroll preparation, including variable compensation elements
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Produce HR communications and reports in French and English
  • Participate in meetings and present information when required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive approach
