We are seeking a Partnership & Growth Manager to support our work with partners and drive organizational growth. This is a remote-friendly position based in Senegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key grants and RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
• Lead proposal development end-to-end
• Build strategic relationships in health, education, financial inclusion, and AI sectors
• Position YUX's research and human-centered design (HCD) expertise in strategic areas of impact
