## Title: Bilingual HR Manager (French/English)
About the Role
Transsion Senegal is seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to lead all activities related to personnel management and human capital development. The HR Manager will ensure that HR policies are aligned with the company's strategic objectives while guaranteeing legal compliance, organizational efficiency, and employee well-being.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staff Management
- Define and implement the recruitment strategy
- Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, interviews, selection, and onboarding
- Collaborate with managers to anticipate staffing needs and plan workforce levels
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor the performance evaluation system
- Support managers in setting objectives and monitoring results
- Promote a culture of performance and recognition
Social Relations and Employee Engagement
- Promote a healthy, collaborative, and motivating work environment
- Professionally manage internal claims and conflicts
- Implement actions aimed at strengthening employee motivation and retention
Remuneration and Social Benefits
- Supervise payroll, salary management, and benefits
- Conduct remuneration studies to ensure the company's competitiveness
- Propose adjustments and performance bonuses based on results
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and develop the annual skills development plan
- Organize and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Support skills development and managerial succession
Compliance and HR Policy
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Keep personnel files and administrative documents up to date
- Update and enforce internal regulations and HR procedures
Reporting and HR Strategy
- Produce HR reports and key performance indicators
