Participation in this pre-qualification process is open on equal conditions to all competent and reputable companies specialized in office supplies and stationery.

Application Instructions

1. All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.
2. Interested bidders must provide their details by submitting an expression of interest (EOI). The deadline to express interest is 16 March 2026 at 09:00 AM.
3. After submitting the expression of interest, World Vision Rwanda will send an email to all interested bidders with access credentials to the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa), where they will find the complete tender document and bidding instructions.
4. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system.
