Contract Terms

Selected suppliers will work with World Vision Rwanda for a period of two (2) years.

Eligibility

This tender is open and on equal conditions to all competent and reputable companies specialized in the supply of clothing and shoes.

Bidding Instructions

All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through WVR e-procurement (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.
Interested bidders must submit their details through the Expression of Interest (EOI) link for Suppliers' Prequalification.
Deadline to express interest: 16 March at 09:00 AM
After EOI submission, World Vision will send access credentials to the WVR e-procurement system where bidders will receive tender documents and bidding instructions.
Bids must be submitted only via WVR e-procurement by the deadline specified in the system.
Technical support is available for bidders experiencing challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission process.
